Based on today's revenue stream and potential with our current product base we are raising a round of $400,000. If we exceed our target with commitments this will provide the ability to accelerate our brand, product and technology roadmap. Each tranche of $100 - $150K funds supports the launch of a product in design/prototype/testing phase (4), sales & marketing for current available/launch ready product base as well as a portion for Artificial Intelligence R&D and application of other technologies into our products.

This round will be a SAFE (Simple Agreement for Future Equity) offering with a 20% discount and a Valuation Cap to ensure best outcome for our investors.

A SAFE gives you the right to future shares in the company. If you invest you are assuming the company will be worth more than $0. The SAFE will convert into the Company's equity securities upon a priced Equity Financing at a price per share determined by a pre-money "Valuation Cap", subject to the Discount. Other trigger events, if no other equity financing occurs, could be an IPO, M&A transaction or private internal pricing to ensure investors have ability to exit their investment.
